£5 flat delivery fee for All UK orders under the value of £350. 

 Please note that working days are Monday to Friday only, Saturday and Sunday are not working days. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday we will process your order on Monday.  Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day.

– TAXES AND DUTIES –

  All countries within the European Union (EU) are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Please note that our shipping costs outside the EU do not include any charges or costs associated with import or customs fees. Each country has different rules for import and custom fees so we advise you to check the rules of your country so you understand what, if any, additional costs you might need to pay on receipt of your item.

Customs officials may open up packages to inspect the contents to ensure that the correct duty is being applied to the item. They may not reseal the package as well as we did at despatch – but your bag should not be tampered with.

All orders are fully traceable through the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by RusiDesigns.

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, as a signature is required on delivery.

– RETURNS –

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, you are welcome to return any item(s) purchased from RusiDesigns as long as you return them within 14 days of delivery.

The cost of returning an item is your responsibility. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and ensure your package is insured as RusiDesigns accepts no liability for returned orders that do not reach us. If your item is faulty, once we have confirmed and accepted your return, we will reimburse any shipping costs along with your original order value.

Items should be returned, unused with all original packaging including authenticity cards and dust bags. Our branded boxes are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in good condition and undamaged.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country with the original returns form. Please note that we may not refund item(s) that are sent without returns paperwork included.

– HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER –

We have a simple online returns process. Find your e-mail delivery confirmation, click the returns link, complete the details as requested, print out the return form and label, and then send to the address below.

If you cannot find your delivery confirmation email then please email us within 14 days of delivery explaining why you are returning the item and whether you would like a refund or to exchange the item. Please send your return to us within 7 days of receiving an email from us.

All returns should be sent to:

Enclose the returns form with the item(s) you wish to return in the original branded box and packaging.

Attach the address label you have printed to the outside of the box.

The cost of returning an item is your responsibility. It is also your responsibility to ensure that items get back to us safely and in good condition. We therefore recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are obliged to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for damage until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send back to us.
